I think we all know they technically do, but I (regretfully) spent many holidays consumed with both dread and guilt over all the holiday treats and goodies, the big meals, and the "unknown calories" that were hiding in some of my once favorite recipes.
Now that I've actively worked (and continue to work on) healing my own relationship with food, I’m finally able to ENJOY these special celebrations and truly cherish the special food (and the memories) that come along with them.
