Just a small town girl who decided to take a chance on herself. I’m a young wife, momma, ACE certified personal trainer, and (former) school teacher who just so happens to love fitness & helping others. So many times I’ve denied myself chances. She makes plans that are easy to follow, efficient, and most importantly realistic. Having the motivation to go and work out has always been hard for me, but this plan has made me so disciplined that when I don’t workout, I don’t even feel like myself. I love having videos that time my workout and show me the moves so that I don’t hurt myself. I am obsessed with the cookbook! I am able to make meals for me and my husband that are healthy and don’t take forever to prepare. By week 4 I could feel a big difference in how my clothes fit and see a noticeable change in my body from my progress pictures. The Facebook group and positive messages and tips from Makayla are also really helpful. This is my favorite online plan that I have ever done and I will continue to purchase as new plans come out!
I am absolutely in love with this plan! I fit into jeans that last year still had tags on them and were 1 size smaller. I love walking into the gym and knowing exactly what my plan is for the workout! The workouts are challenging and I leave feeling accomplished.
