These workouts can be modified to fit any level of fitness, and you are encouraged to do so at any point! If anything is too difficult now or becomes too difficult as you transition trimesters and get further along, feel free to slow down, drop your weights, or take extra breaks as needed!

The exercises within the workouts engage multiple muscle groups at once and encourage functional strength, stability, balance, and endurance. All great skills to practice now to prepare for the greatest workout of your life...labor + delivery!
